Representatives from the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change recently engaged with the Ministry of Education to strengthen collaboration and identify key intervention points. The Institute is actively aiding Mr. Governor, Prof Charles Soludo’s pursuit of his comprehensive five-point Agenda in Anambra.
During a meeting with the Commissioner of Education, Prof. Ngozi Chuma-Udeh at the Udorji Secretariat Complex in Awka, the team led by Ife Ibigbam emphasized their commitment to supporting the administration’s goals by partnering with Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) to pinpoint critical areas for intervention.
Through these collaborative efforts, a rapid yet effective strategy is taking shape to propel the realization of the Agenda, she said. This dialogue with Prof. Ngozi Chuma-Udeh, the Commissioner of Education, and other MDAs’ heads marks a significant step toward formulating a comprehensive action plan that empowers MDAs to effectively execute Mr. Governor’s vision for the state’s development, she posited.
The interaction with the Commissioner, she further stated has pinpointed several areas of intervention that cut across education, infrastructures, and capacity building amongst others.
Recall, that the five pillars of Governor Soludo’s administration cut across, security, law and order, economic transformation, human capital and social agenda, governance and value system, and environment.
