Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s Transformational Program in education has continued to elicit positive response from well meaning Ndi Anambra.
Addressing the people of Ojoto in Idemili South Local Government Area and Okija in Ihiala Council Area, Governor Soludo eulogized two illustrious sons of Anambra State, Mr. Chidi Okeke of Ojoto and Chief Calistus Ibe of Okija for joining the league of Anambra philanthropists, who have identified with the Educational transformation agenda of the Soludo led administration.
While Mr. Chidi Okeke established a Science and Technology hub in his home town Ojoto, Chief Calistus Ibe through his foundation, the Ukadike Foundation, instituted a forum for talent haunt for discovery and training of children with special gift of the hands and entrepreneurial potentials in Okija.
Represented by the Commissioner for Education, Prof. Ngozi Chuma-Udeh, Gov. Soludo acknowledged the gestures as a right step towards complementing the present administration’s efforts, urging more philanthropists in the State to embrace the adopt a school and Town Unions initiatives, geared towards transforming our schools to smart schools.
