As the Anambra State Teachers’ recruitment oral and written interview enters the second week, Stakeholders have continued to express satisfaction about the process. The joint meeting of Education Secretaries of the Anglican and Catholic Churches in Anambra State spoke her mind on the issue during a courtesy visit to the Commissioner for Education, Prof. Ngozi Chuma-Udeh.
The Education Secretaries who spoke through Venerable Ifeanyi Ume and Rev. Fr. Maximus Okonkwo, commended the maturity with which the Education Commissioner, Prof. Chuma-Udeh has been handling the teachers’ recruitment exercise, not withstanding the obvious challenges associated with it.
The clergymen with one accord also prayed God to endow Prof. Chuma-Udeh with the strength and more wisdom to actualize Gov. Soludo’s mission of providing umuakwukwo ndi Anambra with value and skill based Education.
In a related development, candidates in the ongoing oral/written interview have expressed their satisfaction with the process. In their reactions through the social media platforms, the candidates described the process as well organized and transparent, while the panelists have been conducting the interview commendably.
